Sales is cradle of future business leaders. To enable you to be a future leader, Sales offers you early responsibilities. In your first year, you will handle a business with a value of a hundred million RMB.  You will be managing a regional business or a global customer like Carrefour, working with the GM of customer.   You will be working with top management of distributors or customers to co-design joint value business plans, managing millions of funding, and handling payment to customers.  You will be leading an organization of approximately 100 people, and manage their performance as a team leader. Key Account Manager
You’ll work directly with customers and distributors to find out how our brands can build their business – starting with recommending market strategies, analyzing shoppers/competitors and creating excellent shopper experience in every store. And you’ll do all of this right out of school.
