You will get to represent our Company and/or our brands to many external stakeholders (such as journalists, beauty editors, professional experts, environmental scientists, key opinion and thought leaders, celebrities, consumer associations and non-government organizations), and earn their trust and support. You will lead development of influencer programs that drive advocacy. You will spearhead development of Company and brand content that sparks conversation. You will counsel business leaders and Brand partners on communication strategies and message development. You will own management of issues that have an impact on our reputation.

You will progressively be responsible for the following scope of work that help drive our business and reputation:
- Lead development of communications strategies, plans and programs that help us win advocacy from external support and drive positive word-of-mouth for our Company and brands.
- Provide strategic counsel to our business leaders on communications matters, specially those that are outside of the “paid advertising” area.
- Lead development of messaging that effectively delivers our Company and brands’ point of view across a variety of areas.
- Build manage relationships with external stakeholders, including media, covering a wide spectrum of platforms (TV, radio, print, intranet).
- Own CSR programs on both corporate and brand basis.
- Bring external insights into the company to help shape reputation and drive business.
- Lead internal executive communications that contribute to employee engagement and building a sense of pride.
- Proactively mitigate and manage issues that may have an impact on our Company and Brands.
